The Beacon Job Shadowing Program prepares students for their first job.

This year, the first Beacon students will complete high school and transition into the professional world. Considering their early career choices, we have created the Job Shadowing program, where students from 10th, 11th, and 12th grades (Y10, Y11, and Y12) observe professionals in various companies or institutions.

This project was possible through the collaboration of the Beacon community, with families volunteering to host students in diverse professional environments. During a one-week period, the students volunteered between 4 and 6 hours per day for educational purposes.

In the photos, students Clara C. and Gabriela P. are seen getting to know and helping at Dr. Oz Veterinary Clinic, alongside supervisor Fernanda Fazio. Also, students Bernardo G. (Year 11) and Thiago N. (Year 12), with the support of Flávia and Ruben Feffer, had the opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations and work at Ultrassom Music Ideas, a company specialized in music creation, production, and audio post-production. Finally, Beacon students Gisele S. (Year 11) and Rafael S. (Year 10) closely followed the agenda of orthopedist Luis Eduardo Tirico.

We extend our gratitude to the Beacon families for their openness and support in providing these opportunities and making them possible for our students.
