Beacon Campus had the honor of having its architectural project chosen to be exhibited at the “Bienal Panamericana de Arquitectura de Quito”, capital of Ecuador.
Since 1978, the “Colegio de Arquitectos del Ecuador” has been organizing BAQ, considered one of the most important architectural events taking place in the American continent. The biennial provides exchange, integration, comparison and analysis of current products and architectural and urban trends, as well as the transfer of criteria and knowledge, of cutting-edge concepts and works.
In this edition, the program aims to discuss the transforming capacity of architecture from the discipline to its environment and the city, addressing its characteristics as a structural system of the relationship between the ideal and the real.
Beacon Campus was opened in 2018 and those responsible for the architectural project are Andrade Morettin and GOAA (“Gusmão Otero Arquitetos Associados”) offices.
