Beacon welcomes university students for a training event.

A Beacon hosted the annual “University Students Gathering” event of the Ismart university network. The theme for 2023 was “Strength in Unity,” and during the occasion, the Social Institute for Motivating, Supporting, and Recognizing Talents conducted facilitated activities focused on “appreciating one’s journey” and crafting a “Big Dream” to help its students reach even greater heights.

Established in 1999, Ismart is a private, nonprofit organization that identifies talented youths from low-income backgrounds, aged 12 to 15, and provides them with scholarships to attend outstanding private schools along with access to development programs and career guidance, spanning from elementary school to university.
