The 1st-grade students of Elementary School (Y1) had a special visit from the writer and illustrator Guilherme Karsten. During their library classes, the children read the author’s books and, along with their teachers, prepared questions to interview Guilherme during the event.
The goal of the meeting was to bring the students closer to a contemporary author, sharing with him their perception of his work and inspiring the creativity and imagination of the children, who had the opportunity to learn a little more about the creative process of the writer and illustrator.
During the encounter, Guilherme read one of his books titled “Você é um monstro?” and illustrated two of his characters known to the children, Ramon Fellini and a monster. He interacted with the students through his stories and drawings and answered several questions, showing great attention to the little ones.
