One of the pillars that supports the mission and educational project of Beacon School is to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children and adolescents, with the premise of the full development of students.
Recently, we conducted training sessions addressing the theme of Safeguarding and Protection of Children and Adolescents for the school staff.
During these sessions, in accordance with Law 14.811/24, our teachers, administrative, and operational team were encouraged to understand their legal and ethical responsibilities, identify and report concerns related to students, and report such concerns so that supportive measures can be implemented.
Beacon families can refer to the Beacon Safeguarding Policy, available in the Family Handbook, for more information on how this work has been carried out at the school.
