First Operational Retreat at Beacon School

During this first Operational Retreat, Beacon School’s employees (cleaning, safety, maintenance, child development assistants, inspectors, printing and warehouse team) could learn, interact with each other, and reflect on important topics.

Each team took specific courses to revisit procedures in their areas, discuss practical cases, and become even more qualified to contribute to the school increasingly.

We also invited these employees to participate in elective training according to their interests. Among the options, we had workshops on photography, sustainability, technology, and meditation. Beacon School has offered training in security and inspection areas, aiming at those who intend to apply themselves in these areas. 

The first Operational Retreat came to an end with a lecture on ethical coexistence and relationships in the workplace between peers and students.

Then, there was a special lunch to celebrate this great meeting.
