In 2024, Restorative Justice was one of the main focuses of study and training. This approach aims to resolve conflicts and repair harm through dialogue, mediation, and accountability, creating an environment where everyone can express their emotions, understand the impacts of their actions, and collaborate on solutions that promote reconciliation and strengthen relationships. Beacon educators began the second semester of 2024 by embarking on a new journey of study, research, and knowledge exchange. The professional development lecture on the theme of Restorative Justice was led by Nito Harvey, an English expert who had already trained Beacon teachers at the beginning of the year and was present at the teacher training.
