Beacon director participates in a Live with Itaú BBA on the changes in education

The director Maria Eduarda Sawaya was invited by Itaú BBA to participate in the 5th edition of the conference “Visão de Líderes”, with the theme “Connecting to the future: Early Childhood Education and Elementary and Middle School”. The purpose of the meeting was to present the opportunities that the current scenario has been showing us, the challenges that companies have been experiencing and the search for new ways to generate connections.

During the Live, the changes that already occurred in education were addressed, but which during this period, are being developed faster. After all, schools are organizations and must develop, responding to the time they are inserted and with more autonomy.

Our director showed the five major trends that Beacon is improving in its culture: how to form students by also thinking about the socioemotional aspects, cognitive flexibilities, analytical thinking, ability to make decisions and to act ethically. Also, how to make the educational journey more flexible and how to incorporate the learning platforms that grew so much during this period of social distancing.
