Who we are

Beacon Community in Action (BCA) is a group of volunteer parents or guardians working in partnership with the school for the benefit of the school and local communities. The group plans and executes initiatives aimed at creating new opportunities for the development of children and teenagers.

BCA Structure

At BCA, we reflect on various ways to promote and expand the growth of our community and collaboration with society. We believe in contributing to the formation of curious and critical students who are committed to their transformative role in building a more ethical and peaceful society. This is achieved through practical actions that extend Beacon’s culture beyond the teacher-student relationship. To accomplish this, BCA is structured into seven areas of action:

  1. Internal, Cultural, and Sports Activities
  2. Communication
  3. Social Responsibility
  4. Sustainability
  5. Financial
  6. Institutional Events
  7. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
